World of Goo is a physics based puzzle / construction game with stunning Graphics and nice music. It is now a multiplatform game , with a nice Pc support but also now available in Wii , IPad, Iphone and now also released for Android too: )

At the Netbooks this Game runs excellent!Tried it personally  and runs perfect even on my Eeepc asus Netbook.Simply Word of Goo is one of the best Games that can be run on a Netbook!

Port Royale 2 runs fine on asus netbooks

i read that port royale in some netbooks freezes sometimes , as it is one of my favourite strategy games (together with port royale 1) port royale 2 plays smoothly on my netbook. Till now played 8 hours game time , gathered in game 1 million gold and installed warehouses in 4 Caribbean cities without any freeze or problems.The game runs very fine on my asus eeepc in fullscreen in windows 7 ,like the game is specifically designed for running in netbooks .
Port Royale 2 takes place in Caribbean region in 17 century , you take the role of a free merchant in Caribbean. You can trade and build farms and other residential and industry buildings ,or you can be a privateer or even a pirate if you want.Till now i have not tested the battle system of the game as I'm playing as merchant the port royale game.

Diablo II

Another Blizzard  aewsome Game from the past .Diablo II ia onw of the most famous and succesufull Games of all the time. Diablo II is  point-and-click RPG. Diablo II’s entertainment factor and overall gameplay are quite well.
In your netbook’s screen Diablo can run smoothly in  the 800x600 resolution and in 640x480 .

dungeon keeper 2

players take the role of a dungeon keeper, building and defending an underground dungeon from the would-be heroes that invade it, as well as from other keepers. In the game's campaign mode, the player is charged with recovering the portal gems from each area in order to open a portal to the surface.
This game runs superb in my netbook and I think in every other netbook also.

Re-Volt is a addictive racer that will most likely please you,you commander small RC cars that zoom around the interiors of various buildings.
Revolt plays Plays perfectly on netbooks also on 10,1 monitor netbook, because allows you to select 1024x600 resolution.
Revolt is now abandonware and you can also download it  from this link to play it on your netbook(there is also a detailed game Review there) , happy racing!

resolutions issues on netbook gaming

For many games, 1024*768 is the lowest resolution they can go. Since 1024*600 is the default resolution for a 10.1" netbook, those games are resulting on a netbook unplayable

Main reason that many games do not play on Netbooks

Netbook incompatibility on playing games
The main reason a game may not play on a netbook is due to the small screen size and the limited available resolution available on the tiny netbook screen. 

For example, if a game has been designed to fit a 1024 x 768 screen and the netbook doesn't provide this size, an error may result and fully depends on the screen size/resolution that the netbook provides.

well i played a lot in this MMORPG and many times i return to play. Problem is that with my netbook i see the half part of the screen.This can be frustrating , and loss of the playability especially when there are space battles and action around. 
     I still played with my  netbook , but only as a builder,to build colonies , couldn`t make serious invading or Pvp-ing.
if you dont knew the game better not play it first time with a netbook.(except you attach it with an external screen like your LCD TV) Netbook compatibility score 50%

In my netbook plays wonderfully! Only when you go to a town or there many characters in the same area the Frame rate goes low 8-3 FPS

 One little problem on Asus Netbooks(eeepc 1005HA)  , sometimes when you take eagles to travel and you landing the frame rate goes to 1 fps and remains there.
SOLUTION : just log out to character selection and re-log in, the game proceeds normally after :D

This blog is about to rewiew games which i run from my netbook - eeepc 1005HA. Its about how well it plays on the nettbook and of course how good the game it is.
